You don’t need another diet to follow perfectly.
And you probably don’t need more health information saved to your phone.
You need to understand what deserves your attention, know what to do with that information, and have someone helping you adjust the strategy as your body responds.
That’s what Total Metabolic Reset was built to do.
You’ve cleaned up your nutrition.
You prioritize protein. You exercise. You take supplements. Maybe you’ve adjusted your workouts, tracked your macros, tried fasting, or started hormone therapy.
And you’re willing to put in the effort.
The frustrating part is when the effort stops producing the results you expect.
That’s when adding another restriction, supplement, or health rule can leave you working harder without understanding what actually deserves your attention.
Total Metabolic Reset takes a different approach.
We look at your symptoms, bloodwork, health history, nutrition, lifestyle, goals, and what you’ve already tried. Then we use that information to determine what deserves attention and create an individualized starting point.
Because the goal isn’t to give you more to do.
It’s to help you focus your effort where it makes the most sense for you.
Your metabolism doesn’t operate in isolation.
Nutrition, blood sugar, digestion, stress, recovery, hormones, sleep, movement, and the demands of your everyday life can all influence the bigger picture.
And when several things may deserve attention, trying to address all of them at once can quickly become another full-time job.
Total Metabolic Reset gives the process structure.
Over six months, we move through four intentional phases that build on one another. Each phase gives us a different area of focus while allowing your coach to consider what we’re learning about you along the way.
Reduce the burden.
Support the foundation.
Rebuild from the
inside out.
The right challenge
at the right time.
Bring the pieces
together.
Your bloodwork, symptoms, health history, goals, lifestyle, and response along the way help us decide where to place greater attention within the process.
You’re not being moved through four identical protocols. You’re moving through a structured process with a strategy that can respond to you.
You won’t spend six months following the same nutrition plan, repeating the same habits, or being asked to focus on everything at once.
Each phase has a purpose. And what we learn in one phase helps inform how we approach the next.
The first phase is about reducing unnecessary complexity and giving us a clearer place to begin.
Rather than immediately asking you to eat less, train harder, or add another layer to what you’re already doing, this phase gives us an opportunity to look at your nutrition, digestion and elimination, recovery, stress, and other factors that may deserve attention first.
Areas of focus may include:
Nutrition • Elimination • Liver support • Stress + recovery • Restorative movement
From there, we begin building on that foundation with greater attention to digestion, nutrient intake, blood sugar, and how well your current nutrition is supporting you.
This is also where we can start learning more from your response. What’s improving? What still feels difficult? What needs to be adjusted rather than simply pushed harder?
Areas of focus may include:
Gut health • Blood sugar • Nutrient support • Food diversity • Nutrition
Not every metabolic tool belongs at the beginning.
During Ignite, we may strategically introduce a more targeted challenge based on what we’ve learned about you and how you’re responding.
For some women, that may include strategic fasting or changes in meal timing. We may also look more closely at exercise, recovery, alcohol, sleep, and other lifestyle factors that influence the amount of stress your body is being asked to manage.
The goal isn’t more intensity. It’s using the right amount of challenge at the right time.
Areas of focus may include:
Strategic fasting • Metabolic flexibility • Exercise • Recovery • Lifestyle stressors
By this point, we aren’t working from the same information we had when you started.
We’ve had months to see how you respond, what works well in your life, where you’ve made progress, and where you may still need support.
Balance is where we bring more of those pieces together, with greater attention to hormones, body composition, nutrition, exercise, and the strategy you’ll carry forward.
Because the end of the Reset shouldn’t leave you wondering what you’re supposed to do next.
Areas of focus may include:
Hormones • Body composition • Blood sugar • Nutrition • Exercise • Long-term strategy
You’re not handed a plan at the beginning of the Reset and expected to follow it unchanged for six months.
Because we expect to learn more as you move through the process.
How are you feeling? What’s getting easier? What still feels difficult? How is your body responding? What works in your actual life, and what looks good on paper but isn’t working once you try to live it?
Those things matter.
Your coach stays involved throughout the Reset, helping you understand the strategy, put it into practice, and make thoughtful adjustments as you progress.
You shouldn’t have to start from the beginning every time you have a question.
Your coach gets to know your health history, goals, challenges, lifestyle, and the strategy you’re working through together.
That context matters when you’re deciding what to keep doing, what may need to change, and where your attention belongs next.
Progress isn’t only about what happens on the scale.
We pay attention to the changes you’re experiencing along the way, including your energy, digestion, sleep, cravings, recovery, body composition, and how sustainable the strategy feels in your life.
What we learn from your response helps inform what comes next.
Your coach is your primary point of support, but she isn’t working in isolation.
When another perspective would be useful, your case can be discussed within the Total Metabolic Health team, with Lori serving as an additional resource to the coaching team.
You get the consistency of a coach who knows you, with additional perspective available when it’s needed.
Total Metabolic Reset gives you both: a strategy informed by what we’re learning about you, and ongoing support as you put it into practice.
Total Metabolic Reset is a six-month functional health and nutrition coaching experience.
You’ll begin with information about where you are now, move through the four phases of the Reset with the support of your coach, and make adjustments based on what you’re learning and how you’re responding.
The goal is not to hand you six months’ worth of instructions on Day One.
It’s to give you structure, support, and a strategy that can evolve as we learn more about you.
Comprehensive Bloodwork + Your Health Story
Your bloodwork, symptoms, health history, lifestyle, goals, and what you’ve already tried give us context for deciding where your attention belongs.
Rather than beginning with assumptions, we begin with more information about you.
A Clear Focus for Each Stage of the Reset
You’ll move through Detox, Restore, Ignite, and Balance, but your experience within those phases isn’t meant to look identical to someone else’s.
What we emphasize can reflect your starting point, your goals, and what we continue to learn from your response.
Someone Who Knows the Strategy and Knows You
Your coach works with you throughout the six months, helping you understand what you’re doing, put it into practice, work through challenges, and make adjustments along the way.
You’re not left trying to interpret a protocol by yourself.
Support That Has to Work Outside the Program
Food matters. So do sleep, stress, recovery, exercise, routines, travel, family, work, and the rest of your actual life.
Your strategy considers more than what you eat because sustainable change has to work in the life you’re already living.
We Keep Learning as You Go
We pay attention to more than a single outcome. Energy, digestion, sleep, cravings, recovery, body composition, how you’re feeling, and what you can realistically sustain all give us useful information along the way.
Your response gives us more information to work with, so the strategy doesn’t have to remain static.
Because Six Months Should Lead Somewhere
Balance isn’t simply the last phase of the Reset.
It’s where we bring together what you’ve learned about your body, your habits, and the strategies that work well for you so you have greater clarity about what you want to carry forward.
The goal is not to make you dependent on a program. It’s to help you leave with a better understanding of how to support yourself moving forward.
The women who come to Total Metabolic Health usually aren’t starting from zero.
They’ve often tried different approaches before. They know a lot about health. And they’re willing to do the work.
What they’re looking for is a strategy that makes more sense for them.
After spending much of the previous few years pregnant or breastfeeding, Savannah says she felt more depleted after the birth of her son than she had following her previous pregnancies.
She had already tried Optavia after one pregnancy and a carnivore diet after another.
This time, she wanted something different.
"I knew I needed more personalized help to get me to feeling myself again.”
With four children age four and under, energy mattered. And while Savannah says the Reset felt a little overwhelming at first, once she found her rhythm, the changes began fitting more naturally into everyday life.
Her progress hasn’t only shown up on the scale. Savannah reports having more energy, and her follow-up bloodwork showed her hs-CRP decreased from 7.20 to 2.89.
And some of the changes are showing up beyond Savannah herself.
“My kids love to do workouts with me and help me cook. Overall I have more energy, I’m down 25+ pounds and inflammation has drastically gone down. The Reset has helped me gain better everyday behaviors to implement as lifestyle changes for our whole family.”
Savannah hasn’t completed all four phases yet.
These aren’t results from some perfect “after.” They’re changes she’s experiencing while she’s still in the process.
Individual experiences and results vary.
Total Metabolic Reset was created for women who already care about their health.
You may already exercise regularly, prioritize protein, pay attention to what you eat, take supplements, listen to the podcasts, read the research, and advocate for yourself when something doesn’t feel right.
The problem isn’t that you haven’t been trying.
It’s that despite everything you’re doing, you may still be wondering why your body isn’t responding the way you expect.
Your weight, body composition, energy, or the way you feel has changed, even though many of your habits haven’t.
You don’t need another podcast episode telling you twelve more things you could optimize. You want help deciding where your attention belongs.
You’re interested in looking at your bloodwork alongside your symptoms, history, lifestyle, nutrition, goals, and what you’ve already tried.
You don’t need someone policing your choices. You want to understand what you’re working on, why it matters, and what we’re learning from your response.
You value having someone help you think through the process, make adjustments, and see patterns you may not recognize on your own.
You don’t need six months of uninterrupted routines, perfectly planned meals, ideal sleep, or a calendar with no travel, holidays, stressful weeks, or dinners out.
You do need to be willing to participate in the process.
That means trying the strategy, communicating with your coach, paying attention to how you’re responding, and being willing to adjust when something isn’t working as expected.
Because the goal isn’t for your life to fit the Reset.
It’s for what you learn during the Reset to become part of your life.
Total Metabolic Reset is a six-month functional health and nutrition coaching program.
The six-month timeframe gives us the opportunity to move through the four phases of the Reset, learn from how you’re responding, and make adjustments along the way rather than handing you a plan at the beginning and expecting it to work unchanged.
The investment for the six-month, 1:1 Total Metabolic Reset is $2,500.
Payment plans are available.
Your investment includes your individualized strategy, progression through the four phases of the Reset, and ongoing 1:1 coaching and support throughout the six-month program.
Comprehensive bloodwork and supplements are not included in the $2,500 program investment and are paid for separately.
Comprehensive bloodwork and a consultation are typically part of the process before beginning Total Metabolic Reset.
Your results give us objective information to consider alongside your symptoms, health history, lifestyle, goals, and what you’ve already tried.
And completing the bloodwork and consultation does not commit you to the six-month Reset. It stands on its own, so you can get more information before deciding whether ongoing coaching makes sense.
No. Total Metabolic Reset is available to women throughout the United States.
Total Metabolic Health provides functional health and nutrition coaching virtually, so you do not need to live near our office or be located in Florida to participate.
You’ll have a coach who serves as your primary point of support throughout the Reset, so you have someone who knows your history, your goals, your strategy, and how you’ve been responding along the way.
Your coach is also supported by the broader Total Metabolic Health team, with Lori serving as a clinical and strategic resource to the coaching team when another perspective would be useful.
You get continuity with your coach without your coach working in isolation.
No. Total Metabolic Reset is a functional health and nutrition coaching program.
We use your bloodwork, symptoms, health history, lifestyle, nutrition, goals, and response to coaching to help identify patterns, add context, and guide the areas we focus on together.
The program is not intended to diagnose or treat medical conditions, and it does not replace care from your physician or other licensed medical providers.
Then we work with that.
The Reset was not designed around six months of perfect schedules, ideal meals, uninterrupted sleep, and a life with no vacations, holidays, work deadlines, or family responsibilities.
Your actual life is part of the strategy.
Your coach can help you think through challenges, make adjustments, and decide what makes sense to prioritize when circumstances change.
That’s exactly why the first step is a conversation.
You don’t need to diagnose yourself, choose a program, or know exactly what kind of support you need before you reach out.
On your complimentary call, we’ll talk about what you’re experiencing, what you’ve already tried, what you want to change, and whether there’s a logical next step with Total Metabolic Health.
You don’t enroll in Total Metabolic Reset by clicking a button and choosing a start date.
We begin by learning more about you.
That gives you an opportunity to ask questions, understand how we work, and decide whether moving forward makes sense before making a six-month commitment.
Tell Us What’s Been Going On
On your complimentary call, we’ll talk about what you’re experiencing, what you’ve already tried, what you want to change, and what you’re looking for in terms of support.
We’ll also answer your questions about Total Metabolic Reset and determine together whether there’s a logical next step.
Comprehensive Bloodwork + Consultation
If it makes sense to continue, the next step is typically comprehensive bloodwork and a consultation.
We look at your bloodwork alongside your symptoms, health history, lifestyle, goals, and what you’ve already tried to add more context to what you’re experiencing.
This step stands on its own. You are not committing to the six-month Reset by completing your bloodwork and consultation.
Move Forward With More Context
During your consultation, we’ll discuss the patterns showing up in your results, which areas may deserve greater attention, and what it could make sense to focus on next.
If you decide to continue into Total Metabolic Reset, what we’ve already learned helps inform where your coaching begins.
You already know what you want to change.
Let’s talk about what you’re experiencing, what you’ve already tried, and whether the way we work makes sense for where you want to go.
Come with your questions. We’ll start with where you are and where you want to go.
